Licensed Mechanical Engineer
1-2 years of related work experience
Experience with water line pipeline installations, involving various pipe materials (e.g., HDPE, Carbon Steel, DI, or PVC pipes).
Proficient in verifying pipe alignments, trenching specifications, pipe bedding, jointing methods (butt fusion), and valve installations.
Hands-on experience in witnessing and documenting critical fluid tests: Hydrostatic Pressure Testing, leak testing, and pipeline flushing/disinfection.
Collaborate with other project team members to ensure quality is integrated throughout all project phases.
Participate in internal and external quality audits, as required.
Witness and document material testing and inspections performed by contractors and third-party agencies.
Prepare QAQC reports based on the conducted testing or inspection.
Issue CARE/Non-Conformities, evaluate and recommend disposition.
Identify punchlist items during partial/substantial completion of the project.
Coordinate with PM any potential or identified non-conformities
