Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other project team members to ensure quality is integrated throughout all project phases.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits, as required.
• Witness and document material testing and inspections performed by contractors and third-party agencies.
• Prepare QAQC reports based on the conducted testing or inspection.
• Issue CARE/Non-Conformities, evaluate and recommend disposition.
• Identify punchlist items during partial/substantial completion of the project.
• Coordinate with PM any potential or identified non-conformities

Job Qualifications:

• Can start immediately, as this is an urgent hiring requirement.

• Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer

• 1-2 years of related work experience

• Experience with water line pipeline installations, involving various pipe materials (e.g., HDPE, Carbon Steel, DI, or PVC pipes).

• Proficient in verifying pipe alignments, trenching specifications, pipe bedding, jointing methods (butt fusion), and valve installations.

• Hands-on experience in witnessing and documenting critical fluid tests: Hydrostatic Pressure Testing, leak testing, and pipeline flushing/disinfection.
