Planate Management Group is seeking a QA/QC Engineer to design quality standards, inspect materials, equipment, processes, and products, and develop quality control systems for large infrastructure projects. The role requires relocation to project sites and close collaboration with project staff to ensure compliance with QA/QC requirements.

Qualifications

• Licensed engineer with minimum 5 years in large infrastructure projects.
• Preferably Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors certification.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare QA/QC plans for new construction and refurbishment work.
• Ensure quality procedures including inspection time limits and testing requirements.
• Oversee quality assessment of materials through laboratory tests.
• Review technical specifications and recommend standard construction specifications.
• Review test forms and QA testing schedules and evaluate results.
• Recommend remedial actions and monitor contractor practices.
• Coordinate with project engineers for inspection/testing procedures and timelines.
• Conduct initial surveys on material sources to ensure quality and value.
• Perform other responsibilities as appropriate.
