Job summary

Prompt Managers & Construction Services Inc. is seeking a capable engineer to oversee construction document preparation, plan reviews, and bid plan estimates. The role involves coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, presiding management meetings, and approving site requests to keep projects on track.

The ideal candidate has a background in Quantity Surveying, a professional license, and at least two years in QA/QC, with English and Filipino language proficiency.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam).
• Preferably Cebu Based.
• Able to prepare and interpret design as per owners specifications.
• Candidate with Background in Quantity Surveying.
• Senior Engineers and Junior Engineers are preferred.
• Required skill(s): Estimate Bid Plan, AutoCad, MS Office. Required language(s): English, Filipino
• At least 2 years of working experience in QA/QC Field
• Can handle multi tasking job.

• Evaluation of Billings
• Preparation of Construction Documents

• Responsible for writing weekly progress reports for all projects and take approval from Project Manager.
