Job summary

Prompt Managers & Construction Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled QA/QC Engineer - Mechanical in Cebu City to ensure the quality and safety of diverse construction projects.

You will lead mechanical QC activities, coordinate with designers and site teams, and uphold building codes and standards. This full-time role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree, licensure, and at least two years of QA/QC experience on high-rise projects, with strong communication and project management skills

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years QA/QC experience in mechanical engineering.

Responsibilities

About the role

What you'll be doing

• Manage the planning, design, and execution of mechanical engineering components of construction projects
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project integration
• Oversee the implementation of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress
• Participate in the preparation of progress reports, and cost estimates
• Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions

What we're looking for

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• With MINIMUM 2 YEARS of Experience in QA/QC Engineering
• Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices
• Proficient in project management software, AutoCAD, and other relevant design tools
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer (A MUST)
• With knowledge and experience in High Rise Projects
