Job summary

All Done 88 Construction Orporation is seeking a Field QA Auditor to perform regular quality assurance and operational audits of pawnshop branches across multiple provinces.

You will monitor adherence to policies, review transactions for accuracy and completeness, and identify risks. Travel to Quezon, Bulacan, Rizal, Iloilo, Visayas and Mindanao is expected, with reporting on findings and CAPA actions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular QA and operational audits of assigned pawnshop branches.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, SOPs, procedures, and internal controls.
• Review branch transactions, documentation, records and reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct field inspections and validate branch practices against standards.
• Check proper handling and safekeeping of pawned items, cash, and assets.
• Identify operational deficiencies, discrepancies, risks, and policy violations.
• Prepare QA audit reports, findings, observations, and recommendations after visits.
• Coordinate with Branch Managers and Operations staff on audit findings and corrective actions.
• Monitor implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Conduct follow-up validation to ensure issues are resolved.
• Assist in investigating discrepancies, complaints, and irregularities when assigned.
• Evaluate branch personnel's adherence to customer service and standards.
• Maintain confidential audit records and supporting documents.
• Provide management with periodic reports on branch performance and improvement opportunities.
• Travel to branches within Quezon Province, Bulacan, Rizal, Iloilo, Visayas, and Mindanao as required.
• Perform other QA and operational functions as assigned.

• Assist in investigating operational discrepancies, customer complaints, and potential irregularities when assigned.

• Evaluate branch personnel's adherence to customer service and operational standards.
