Job summary

PL Aguila Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a QA Tech/Micro Analyst to perform microbiological testing of finished products, packaging materials, and environmental/swab samples, ensuring compliance with quality and food safety standards.

You will maintain the Microbiology Laboratory operations, safeguard GLP compliance, manage inventory, and support investigations and root-cause analyses.

Responsibilities

• Conduct microbiological testing of finished products, packaging materials, and environmental/swab samples
• Ensure compliance with established quality and food safety standards
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of the Microbiology Laboratory
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the laboratory
• Manage inventory and documentation in accordance with GLP and company procedures
• Support environmental monitoring, data trending, investigations, and root cause analysis
• Perform corrective actions as required
• Perform other QA-related duties as required

About the role

The QA Tech/Micro Analyst is directly responsible for conducting microbiological testing of finished products, packaging materials, and environmental/swab samples to ensure compliance with established quality and food safety standards. The position also ensures the proper operation, maintenance, cleanliness, safety, inventory, and documentation of the Microbiology Laboratory in accordance with GLP and company procedures.
