Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
5+ years in software quality engineering with hands-on automation, especially Playwright and AI tools.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Define and drive testing standards with Playwright and AI-enhanced tools.
Lead test automation initiatives for web applications with scalable solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship across QA and engineering teams.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and data scientists to integrate AI testing in CI/CD.
Leverage AI for test case generation, defect prediction, and intelligent execution.
Ensure scalability, security, performance, and reliability of testing frameworks.
Monitor testing processes, optimize coverage, and analyze metrics.
Stay current with AI, testing, and web framework advancements; drive adoption.
Estimate testing effort with product teams and ensure policy compliance.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
