Job summary

Prosperna is seeking a QA Engineer who is meticulous and curious to ensure high-quality software for businesses. You will design and run manual and automated tests, work with cross-functional teams, and help improve testing frameworks to deliver reliable, scalable eCommerce solutions powered by AI.

You will own test plans, contribute to sprint discussions, and help prevent issues before release, ensuring a smooth user experience for our SaaS platform.

Qualifications

• Experience designing clear, comprehensive manual test cases.

About the role

As a QA Engineer at Prosperna, you will:

• Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases to ensure software quality across the platform.
  
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and designers to understand requirements and define test plans.
  
• Identify, document, and track bugs, performance issues, and usability concerns.
  
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and QA strategy discussions.
  
• Continuously improve testing processes, frameworks, and coverage.
  
• Help ensure smooth releases by performing regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  
• Provide actionable feedback on usability, performance, and reliability issues.
  

What experience and skills should you have?

• Strong experience in manual testing, with the ability to design clear, comprehensive test cases.
  
• Experience with automation testing tools, specifically Playwright; knowledge of other frameworks is a plus.
  
• Understanding of functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.
  
• Experience with version control systems (Git), CI/CD workflows, and agile development.
