Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for UI, API, and integration testing across core applications.
• Build, optimize, and scale reliable automation frameworks to improve code reusability and test efficiency.

• Run regression, smoke, sanity, and data-driven tests to catch bugs early and protect stability.
• Participate in requirement reviews, sprint planning, and grooming with product managers and developers.

About the Role

Are you passionate about building robust, scalable automated test frameworks and ensuring seamless software delivery? We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Test Engineer to join our engineering team!

In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts that guarantee the stability, performance, and functionality of our applications. Working side-by-side with Developers, Product Owners, and DevOps teams, you will embed test automation directly into our CI/CD pipelines to drive continuous quality improvement across our product ecosystem.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Automation & Test Execution: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for UI, API, and integration testing across core applications.

• Framework Development: Build, optimize, and scale reliable automation frameworks to improve code reusability and test efficiency.

• Pipeline Integration: Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) to enable continuous testing.

• Release Quality & Defect Analysis: Run regression, smoke, sanity, and data-driven tests to catch bugs early, investigate root causes, and protect application stability.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate actively in requirement reviews, sprint planning, and grooming sessions alongside product managers and software developers.

• Reporting & Process Improvement: Track, document, and report key metrics and test outcomes, continuously refining QA standards, strategies, and workflows.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

Must-Have Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience: At least 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Software QA Automation Testing in Fintech/Banking

Nice-to-Have Skills & Tech Stack:

• Strong proficiency with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or REST Assured).

• solid understanding of programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java.

• Hands-on experience working with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps).

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
