Job summary

Pearson is seeking a highly organized Advanced Associate, Content Quality Assurance in Manila to support end-to-end production and quality checks of assessment content, particularly PEIC materials. Fresh graduates are welcome, with potential for up to one year of work experience in any field.

You will help digitize assessments for onscreen and remote testing, manage workload schedules, and collaborate with SMEs to ensure high-quality outputs for learners worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Open to fresh graduates.
• Up to at least one year of work experience encouraged.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end production and quality assurance of assessment materials.
• Perform quality checks on PEIC exam papers and resources.
• Verify paper-based and onscreen/remotely invigilated versions for accuracy.
• Assist in creating, administering, and delivering digital assessment content.
• Build knowledge of PEIC and onscreen assessment authoring platforms.
• Manage workloads and deadlines; escalate risks when needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with SMEs and internal stakeholders to improve processes.
