Job summary

Quipper Philippines Inc. is seeking an Academic Specialist for MAPEH to ensure accuracy, relevance, and quality of learning content aligned with the national curriculum. You will guide up to 15 content creators across production phases and apply QA/QC processes to maintain high-quality materials throughout the production cycle.

Qualifications

• Has a bachelor's degree in education with a specialization in MAPEH.
• A master’s or doctorate degree is a great advantage.
• At least 5 years of teaching experience in basic education (with 3 years minimum in a face-to-face setting).
• Track record in initiating new things or innovative educational settings outside normal teaching.
• Must not be bound by an active non-compete agreement.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject-matter expert for MAPEH across content creation phases and projects.
• Help oversee content production activities involving up to 15 content creators.
• Ensure outputs align with national curriculum and content standards.
• Apply QA/QC principles to review content and identify gaps or issues.
• Contribute to content development, prototyping, and evaluation of production processes.
