Job summary

Pearson in Manila, Philippines, is seeking a highly organized Advanced Associate, Content Quality Assurance to support the production and quality assurance of assessment content across the General Qualifications portfolio.

We welcome Bachelor’s degree graduates, including fresh graduates, with up to one year of work experience. You will help ensure secure, accurate production of assessment materials, and contribute to digitization for onscreen and remotely invigilated testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any course or discipline.
• Open to fresh graduates.
• Up to at least one year of work experience encouraged.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end production and quality assurance of assessment materials.
• Perform quality checks on PEIC examination papers and supporting resources.
• Verify paper-based assessments against their onscreen and remotely invigilated versions for accuracy.
• Assist in the creation, administration, and delivery of digital assessment content for mock examinations, onscreen assessments, and remote invigilation services.
• Build knowledge and proficiency in PEIC and onscreen assessment authoring platforms.
• Manage assigned workloads and activities according to schedules and deadlines.
• Monitor progress and escalate risks, issues, or delays to management.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the assessment lifecycle.
• Collaborate with SMEs, assessment associates, and internal stakeholders.
