Qualifications

Qualifications

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance, including data annotation, content moderation, or proofreading
• Previous experience working with an e-commerce client or digital asset workflows is highly regarded
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with speed and precision while collaborating effectively with team member

Skills and Competencies

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify textual and visual inconsistencies
• Experience in data and image quality assurance with a high degree of accuracy and precision
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets for data management, including formulas, formatting, and filtering
• Strong proofreading skills and the ability to identify and correct errors
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Ability to follow structured workflows while demonstrating sound judgment when edge cases arise
• Ability to multitask and balance competing priorities and dynamic workloads while consistently meeting deadlines and quality targets
