Job summary

Fusion360 in Makati is seeking a Compliance Auditor to independently deliver audits, consultations, and reviews across Registration, Non-Registration, and CRICOS projects for Australian clients. You will help clients achieve regulatory outcomes while upholding high standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years' experience in compliance, auditing, or QA, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in compliance, auditing, consulting, education, QA, or related fields.
• Ability to work independently with multiple priorities and minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for reports and consultations.
• High attention to detail to identify gaps and risks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms.
• Client-focused, with professional stakeholder engagement.
• Maintains confidentiality and sound judgment on sensitive matters.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal desk audits and assess project readiness for regulatory lodgment.
• Review documentation, evidence, systems, and processes to identify gaps and risks.
• Deliver structured client consultations, workshops, and training on RTO compliance.
• Provide practical recommendations and rectify strategies for clients.
• Prepare findings and corrective action plans; escalate high-risk issues when needed.
• Collaborate with consultants, coordinators, writers, and stakeholders to ensure outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of VET, CRICOS, ELICOS, ESOS, and National Code.
