Job summary

Dynamic Precision Philippines Corp. is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to establish, implement, and maintain ISO 9001 compliant quality management systems across procedures, work instructions, inspection standards, forms, and quality records.

You will lead audits, CAPA, supplier and customer quality activities, supervise QC Inspectors and QA Engineers, and drive continuous improvement to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and maintain Quality Management System procedures, work instructions, inspection standards, forms, and quality records in compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Establish and implement effective quality controls at critical process points, covering incoming materials, in-process inspection, and finished goods inspection.
• Manage non-conforming products and lead Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), root cause analysis, and defect prevention and reduction initiatives.
• Oversee Supplier Quality and Customer Quality processes, ensuring compliance with established quality standards and customer requirements.
• Supervise and lead QC Inspectors and QA Engineers, including task delegation, role assignments, performance monitoring, and achievement of quality deliverables.
• Monitor, analyze, and report quality performance indicators and improvement activities to top management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (CFT) to ensure quality objectives and targets are achieved.
• Plan and conduct internal system audits, process audits, product audits, and supplier audits, ensuring effective closure of audit findings.
• Support and facilitate customer audits, acting as the company's auditee and ensuring customer requirements and expectations are met.
• Lead continuous improvement programs and initiatives to enhance product quality, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Translate ISO 9001 requirements, engineering drawings, and technical specifications into practical factory procedures, controls, and quality documentation.
