Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience in financial services, compliance or risk management.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in AML compliance, risk management or related areas.
• Strong analytical, investigative and problem solving skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance reviews within the compliance organization and oversee processes.
• Collaborate with operations to improve processes and uptrain teams on AML/CFT trends.
