Job summary

OrangeApps Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst with experience in cashiering and financial transactions to monitor accuracy, quality, and compliance across company systems.

This role supports operations, finance, and technical teams, and develops QA guidelines for continuous improvement of controls and processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, familiarity with POS and payment platforms, and the ability to work independently while collaborating

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, IT or related field.
• Experience in cashiering, retail, sales operations, finance, accounting, or other transaction-heavy roles.
• Experience in Quality Assurance, Audit, Compliance, or Process Improvement is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems, payment platforms, cashiering systems, or financial transaction systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized, reliable, and capable of handling confidential and transaction-related information.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits and evaluations of cashiering, payment, and other transactional activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Review sales transactions, payment processing, refunds, adjustments, and reconciliations within OrangeApps Inc. systems.
• Identify errors, discrepancies, process gaps, and potential compliance issues; accurately document findings and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Prepare and submit accurate quality performance reports and audit findings to management on a regular basis.
• Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Technical teams to investigate quality issues, resolve discrepancies, and improve existing workflows.
• Assist in developing, reviewing, updating, and implementing Quality Assurance guidelines, SOPs, and internal controls.
• Monitor recurring issues and quality trends and provide recommendations for process improvement.
• Support training and coaching initiatives based on audit findings, performance results, and identified areas for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, data accuracy standards, operational procedures, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of audit results, findings, and corrective actions.
