You will collaborate with product, design, and mobile engineering to identify issues early, validate fixes, and maintain high quality across iOS and Android devices, with a focus on data privacy and accessibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a QA Analyst focusing on native mobile apps (iOS/Android).
• Experience with Zephyr inside Jira for test planning, execution, and metrics.
• Proficient with mobile testing tools and environments (Postman, Xcode, Android Studio, Crashlytics).
• Familiarity with healthcare data privacy regulations (HIPAA) and digital health products.
• Strong Agile/Scrum background and modern QA methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to edge cases and performance bottlenecks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional, regression, UI/UX, and performance testing across iOS and Android devices, screen sizes, and OS versions.
• Design, maintain, and execute detailed test cases, plans, and scenarios from product requirements.
• Verify backend API integrations, data synchronization, and real-time communication features (video and secure messaging).
• Identify, document, and track defects in Jira; collaborate with developers to reproduce and verify fixes.
• Partner with PMs, UI/UX Designers, and Mobile Engineers to review requirements and provide QA insights early.

The QA Analyst will join the mobile development team to ensure the reliability, security, and seamless user experience of a flagship telehealth mobile app. Given the platform’s direct impact on patient care, the role extends beyond standard testing to support data privacy, clinical accuracy, and accessible user interfaces for both patients and healthcare providers. The QA Analyst will work closely with product, design, and mobile engineering teams to identify issues early, validate fixes, and help maintain high quality across iOS and Android devices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive functional, regression, UI/UX, and performance testing across iOS and Android devices, screen sizes, and OS versions

• Design, maintain, and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and test scenarios based on product requirements

• Verify backend API integrations, data synchronization, and real-time communication features (e.g., video consultations and secure messaging)

• Identify, document, and track software defects in Jira; collaborate with developers to reproduce, isolate, and verify fixes

• Partner with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and Mobile Engineers to review requirements and provide QA insights early in the development lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a QA Analyst with a strong focus on native mobile applications (iOS and Android)

• Knowledge of using Zephyr within Jira for test planning, execution cycles, and quality metrics reporting
