Job summary

AnsibleHealth Inc. is seeking a QA / Test Engineer to own product quality end to end for web and mobile. You will test features before release, own the release process, and manage the bug backlog to enable fast, reliable updates.

This hands-on role goes beyond manual testing; you’ll drive testing across code complete to safe release, collaborating with engineering and product teams to ensure robust quality across telehealth applications.

Qualifications

• Solid QA/testing experience in a fast-moving product environment.
• Experience writing and improving test automation and test infrastructure, including using AI coding agents to build automation.
• Hands-on Android device testing experience.
• Comfortable testing web applications end to end.
• Experience working across dev, staging, and production environments and with release processes.
• Strong bug tracking, test case management, and triage skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with judgment to distinguish release-blocking issues from minor ones.
• Able to drive quality independently while partnering with engineering and product.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end tests on new features before release across web and mobile applications.
• Own the release process: test staging builds, run the final quality gate, and enable faster, more frequent releases.
• Develop risk-based test plans for critical telehealth workflows and high-impact production changes.
• Perform mobile device testing on Android and verify device-specific issues.
• Triage, track, and manage bugs, driving them to closure and maintaining backlog.
• Partner with engineering and product to define test coverage and prioritize issues.
• Build and maintain automated tests to expand coverage and speed regression testing.
