Qualifications

• Experience in software testing within financial services is a plus.
• Familiar with Python or other object-oriented languages.
• Experience in Agile Testing and automated test suites.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing, by phone, and in person.

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback on new functionality to development and QA teams.
• Coordinate development of automated test suites and define testing scenarios.
• Conduct exploratory testing and report feedback to improve the application.
• Participate in resolving escalated support issues.
• Review overnight automated test results and guide investigation.
• Join daily standups to align status.
• Contribute to ongoing testing and UX improvement discussions.
