Job summary

HedgeServ is a global fund administrator delivering tech-enabled solutions for investment managers across private equity, private credit, endowments, hedge funds and more. Our platform leverages ML and RPA to provide real-time insights and control over fund operations including accounting, middle office, risk, compliance, tax and investor services.

Qualifications

• Some technical experience in financial services and/or AWS is a plus.
• Familiar with basic financial asset classes (ETD/OTC).
• Working knowledge of tools/techniques used in software testing.
• Experience in Agile Testing is a plus.
• Experience scripting/executing automated test suites.
• Experience in Exploratory Testing sessions.
• Experience diagnosing, reporting, tracking and resolving application issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of applications and user workflows to test effectively.
• Provide feedback on new functionality to the development team.
• Coordinate development of automated test suites and define scenarios to automate.
• Conduct exploratory testing and communicate findings to the team.
• Participate in resolving support issues escalated to the team.
• Review overnight automated test results and guide root-cause analysis.
• Join daily standups with application teams to align on status.
• Engage in ongoing initiatives around testing, UX, and quality improvement.
