Job summary

Infor is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst, Associate in Manila to help ensure the delivery of high-quality enterprise applications. The role focuses on manual and functional testing with low-code automation, collaborating with developers, product managers, and customer success teams.

You will create and execute test plans and scripts, run tests across web-based and cloud-native apps, log defects in JIRA, and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to improve delivery.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS.
• Experience with manual testing or internships.
• Understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts.
• Perform manual and no/low-code automated testing.
• Log and track defects using JIRA; collaborate with developers.
• Work in Agile/Scrum teams for CI/CD and delivery pipelines.
• Collaborate to understand use cases and regulatory needs.
• Participate in user story reviews and risk assessment.
• Monitor performance, usability, and stability throughout the lifecycle.
• Contribute to QA best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
