Job summary

Infor Inc. seeks a Technical Team Lead for Quality Assurance to guide QA strategy across manual, automation, and performance testing in Manila. You will mentor teams, oversee test deliverables, and drive automation initiatives aligned with AI-enabled QA practices.

You will lead adoption of GenAI tools to enhance test script creation, documentation, and quality insights while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 8+ years in software QA with leadership experience.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development.
• Willing to work dayshift and comply with RTO requirements (3 days/week).

Responsibilities

• Lead QA teams across manual, automation, and performance testing.
• Mentor team members and review QA deliverables.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled QA practices.
• Collaborate with Development and stakeholders to address quality risks.
• Review QA status, risks, and progress with leadership.
