Job summary

Universal Robina Corporation is seeking a QA Analyst in Pasig. The role focuses on ensuring quality through chemical and physical analysis of raw materials, in-process and finished goods, with adherence to GMP and industry standards.

The ideal candidate holds a BS in Chemistry, is a Registered Chemist, and demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, plus proficiency with lab equipment and testing procedures. Willingness to work in Bagong Ilog, Pasig City is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry is required.
• Must be a Registered Chemist.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, GFSI, and ISO standards.
• Proficiency in laboratory equipment and testing procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Willing to work in Bagong Ilog, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Ensures specifications are attained to ensure high quality products.
• Performs physical and chemical analysis of raw materials, in-process and finished goods with proper evaluation.
• Analyzes production QC issues and makes recommendations with production personnel.
• Monitors stock of raw materials, and finished goods.
• Follows GMP, safety procedures and company rules and regulations.
• Records and documents all QC results.
• Performs other related functions as assigned.

What are the Job Responsibilities?

• Ensures that standard specifications are being attained to ensure high quality products
• Performs physical and chemical analysis of raw packaging materials, in processed and finished goods and in-house products and with proper evaluation so as to comply with the specified frequency of inspection
• Analyzes and determines production QC related to problems and making proper or necessary recommendations with the coordination of production personnel
• Monitor raw materials on stock as well as out-going materials and finished goods
• Follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety procedures and company rules and regulations
• Records and documents all QC related results
• Perform other related functions which maybe assigned by the immediate superior from time to time

What are the Qualifications?
