• Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and identify systemic issues.
• Experience documenting processes and maintaining quality records.
• Knowledge of physico-chemical analysis, sensory evaluation, and lab practices.

About the role

Superb Catch Inc. is seeking a dedicated QA Analyst to join our quality assurance and control team on a full-time basis. This position is based in Acacia Malabon City, Metro Manila and plays a crucial role in ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. As a QA Analyst, you will be instrumental in maintaining our commitment to excellence across all manufacturing contributing directly to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a graduate of BS Chemistry / BS Food Technology, or a relevant 4 year science course/s

• At least with experience working as a QA Analyst or in a similar quality control role within food manufacturing

• Proficient with MS Office applications

• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and inconsistencies accurately

• Sound analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify systemic issues

• Competence in documenting processes and maintaining accurate quality records

• Knowledgeable in physico-chemical analysis, sensory evaluation and lab practices
