Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to manage inbound testing, data generation and release of materials and finished products, with on-line QC verification and HACCP checks.

You will ensure the Quality Plan is executed and operations comply with QFS standards, GMP/GHP and traceability requirements, with emphasis on data analysis and incident investigations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of FMCG experience in Quality.
• Basic understanding of HACCP/Food Safety teams and QC tools.
• Basic understanding of GMP, ISO9001 QMS and FSSC22000.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound verification testing.
• Verify process compliance with manufacturing procedures.
• Collect and prepare samples for daily Quality Panel.
• Verify operations compliance to GMP/GHP and GWP.
• Verify compliance to CCP/OPRP checks.
• Verify compliance to traceability.
• Comply with GHP/GLP in the working area.
• Conduct data collection and trend analysis (e.g. micro tests).
• Supports QFS incidents investigation and leads non-conformance management.

About the role

This includes materials and products testing and data generation/gathering and analysis. This role will ensure proper execution of the Quality Plan and verifies operations compliance to Q&FS standards.
