Job summary

AS White Global Pty is recruiting a Software Engineer to join our Australian Telco engineering team in Manila. You will build end-to-end solutions across internal tools, SDKs, apps and customer portals, shaping architecture and stack while modernizing legacy systems.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong Python skills, and Agile/Scrum familiarity. Excellent communication with stakeholders across APAC is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong Python experience.
• Experience with test-driven development and clean code practices.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end solutions across internal tools, SDKs, apps and customer portals.
• Apply industry best practices and modern technologies.
• Engage with stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Write clean, maintainable code following standards.
• Work on special projects as directed by the Software Engineering Manager.
• Drive automation of business processes to improve efficiency.
• Assist in migration and modernization of legacy systems.
