What You'll Do

• Design, develop, test, and enhance custom software solutions using Python.

• Write clean, readable, and maintainable code and help maintain development best practices.

• Participate across the software development lifecycle, including planning, design, build, and testing.

• Understand and clarify solution requirements while maintaining regular communication and feedback.

• Work on solutions involving data collection, data transformation, and ETL-related processes.

• Participate in Agile activities, including stand-ups and workflow management using Jira.

• Follow Git-based development workflows and branching strategies.

• Review code through pull requests.

• Manage, train, and upskill junior team members.

• Research and independently learn new approaches required to deliver business value.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Python software development, ETL/data transformation, Git, Jira, and Agile, with strong coding, SDLC, code review, and team mentoring skills.
