Job summary

Operation Performance:

• Control and direct operations in relation to parameter deviation to eliminate downtime.
• Record and report all issues pertaining to equipment status and conditions.
• Optimize kiln, raw mill, coal grinding operation.
• Sustain and achieve target daily production output.

Equipment Reliability:

• Ensure implementation of PMS activities with material, personal, and equipment consideration and preparation prior to executions.

Supervision:

• Product Quality and Manpower Monitoring.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• 3-5 years working experience relevant experience (Cement Manufacturing)
• With supervisory experience
• Strong leadership skills
