Qualifications

• Graduate of B.S. Courses or any Engineering course.
• Experience as in-charge of Product Evaluation and Quality Control standards.
• Knowledgeable in Quality Control & PPAP; designing, metrology, calibration & MSA, injection molding process and problem solving techniques.
• Leadership Qualities: Analytical & good in both written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Lead Staffs in production trial, product evaluation and product approval activities. Ensure the monitoring and review of the results of those activities and develop procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

• Planning - Input and support manager in preparing the annual budget for the department based on top down company plan.
• Vision and Strategy - Prepare the daily plans made and executed properly through actual checking of the plan and aligned with defined annual plan.
• Process Improvement - initiate improvements of existing methods and monitor the activity.
• Problem solving and preventive measure - resolve the operational problems within the section and report to immediate superior.
• Evaluate probationary performance and recommended for regularization of RF positions.
• Support of annual training plan for the department and develop subordinates to acquire and enhance necessary technical skill and knowledge, behavioral attitude for the job.
• Performance management and Evaluation - Support in preparation of annual goals for the department and cascade to subordinates.
• Monitor, provide feedback and evaluate performance of subordinates according to performance management system (PMS) or as necessary.
• Leave Management - Monitor attendance of subordinates, ensure overtime and leave are properly evaluated for approval by HR.
• Controlling - monitor activities and performance aligned to daily targets and compliance of the section.
• Performance / KPI monitoring - Prepare and consolidate monthly performance from each section and reports to manager.
