Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a customer service specialist to respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat and to document interactions in the CRM. Fresh graduates are welcome; PWD with valid ID is required.

You will work onsite in Manila, with options for Cebu or Davao indicated during application, and training will be provided. Strong English and Filipino communication is essential, along with basic computer skills and a willingness to learn our policies and processes.

Qualifications

• Must be a PWD with a valid PWD ID.
• At least a high school graduate (Senior High School / K-12).
• Fresh graduates and first-time jobseekers are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication in English and Filipino.
• Comfortable using a computer and basic office applications.
• Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM/ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic account, billing, or product/service issues.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Meet individual and team performance metrics (e.g., call quality, resolution time, customer satisfaction).
• Stay updated on product/service knowledge, company policies, and process changes.
• Maintain a positive, patient, and empathetic tone in all customer interactions.
