Job summary

Resolv Global in Dagupan is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team on-site. You will handle inbound calls, emails and live chats, resolving questions and account inquiries with empathy and professionalism.

Training is six weeks with classroom and nesting phases, followed by ongoing support as you build your customer-service career. Strong English communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Call center or contact center experience is an advantage.
• Comfortable handling phone, email, and chat support.
• Strong written English with excellent grammar and spelling.
• Typing speed of approximately 30+ WPM.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Answering inbound customer phone calls
• Responding to customer emails and live chats
