Job summary

Qualifications

• Have technical background in Solar & BESS solutions and related products, such as civil work, power supply and distribution, UPS, HVAC, fire extinguishing, and so on.
• Have certain project management experience.
• Be conscientious, proactive, and have good communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor degree or above, major in Electronics, HVAC, Energy Storage, etc.
• Have at least three to five years of experience in the Solar & BESS industry and be familiar with industrial organizations and certification standard, such as TIA-942, Uptime.
• English as work language.

1. Provide technical support for Solar &BESS project bidding, identify project risks & key assumptions, and propose solutions till risks resolved.
2. Take charge of technical management and quality management for Solar &BESS project delivery. Have delivery experience in Solar &BESS turnkey projects, including civil work, power supply and distribution system, HVAC system, and fire extinguishing system, etc. Be able to coordinate with each subsystem to resolve technical issues quickly to match project delivery plan.
3. Provide technical support for project maintenance, focus on pain points that affect customer satisfaction, resolve related issues in time according to the contract SLA, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
4. Be customer-centric, identify key product gaps from the project perspective, drive product improvement, and enhance product competitiveness.

Qualifications

1. Have technical background in Solar &BESS solutions and related products, such as civil work, power supply and distribution, UPS, HVAC, fire extinguishing, and so on. Better have preliminary design capabilities for at least one of these systems.
2. Have certain project management experience.
3. Be conscientious, proactive, and have good communication and teamwork skills.
4. Bachelor degree or above, major in Electronics, HVAC, Energy Storage, etc.
5. Have at least three to five years of experience in the olar &BESS industry and be familiar with industrial organizations and certification standard, such as TIA-942, Uptime.
