Job summary

Daiichi Properties Inc. in Taguig City seeks a Purchasing Supervisor to oversee end-to-end procurement, sourcing materials and services, and ensuring timely delivery at competitive costs while maintaining inventory levels.

The role supports the development of purchasing procedures, drives cost-efficiency, and adds value by improving procurement processes in our construction and real estate projects.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Management or Engineering/Business, or any 4-year course.
• 5–6 years of experience in procurement, preferably in Construction, Real Estate or Property Development.
• Excellent planning, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Timely placement of purchase orders, contracts, and delivery of materials to meet order requirements and maintain stock inventory levels.
• Procurement duties from outsourcing, review, analysis, and acquisition to execution at the least possible cost while maintaining standards and quality.
• Assist in developing and implementing purchasing procedures and identify opportunities to add value to the procurement process.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Purchasing Supervisor is responsible for supervising the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring the timely sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of quality materials and services at the most competitive cost while maintaining approved inventory levels and company standards. Supports the development and implementation of purchasing procedures and identifies opportunities to improve procurement efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall value to the organization.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the timely placement of purchase orders, contracts, and delivery of materials to meet order requirements and maintain stock inventory levels within the approved guidelines and timelines.

• Covers the functions related to the procurement – from the product outsourcing, review, analysis, and acquisition, to the execution of the company’s project plans and ventures at the least possible cost maintaining the standards and quality.

• Assist in developing and implementing purchasing procedures as well as in identifying opportunities that will add value to the procurement process.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferably a Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Management or Engineering/Business or any 4-year course

• At least 5 to 6 years of experience in the same capacity preferably gained from a Construction, Real Estate or Property Development firm

• Demonstrate excellent planning, business, analytical and communication
