Job summary

Mogul Construction is seeking a detail‑oriented Procurement Specialist to source and evaluate suppliers of construction materials and services. You will negotiate cost‑effective contracts, place bulk orders, and manage purchase orders aligned with project schedules to keep sites stocked and on track.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Familiarity with construction materials and supply chain requirements.
• Proven experience in procurement or supply chain roles, preferably in construction.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and compare costs, quality, and delivery terms.
• Highly organized with time management and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic inventory/purchasing software or ERP systems.

• Place bulk orders and manage purchase orders in accordance with project schedules.
• Prepare and submit cost analysis reports and purchasing summaries for management review.
• Review and ensure the quality of products and materials prior to approval and procurement.
• Make accurate scheduling requests for the timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain complete and up-to-date records of all orders, payments, receipts, and supplier communications.
• Report and document any damaged or faulty purchases immediately.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics/delivery teams, and warehouse staff for smooth receipt and inventory of goods.
• Maintain healthy, professional working relationships with existing vendors and continuously evaluate new potential suppliers.
• Support warehouse and site teams with any supply-related issues or requests.
