Job summary

Bespoke Lighting Solutions OPC is seeking a procurement professional in Metro Manila (Valenzuela area) to source and manage construction materials, price negotiations, and supplier performance. The role supports project engineers and logistics to ensure timely material delivery and quality compliance.

The ideal candidate has a background in construction materials and contract terms, with 3–5 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, BA or related field.
• 3–5 years in General Construction.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Understanding of contract terms and cost control principles.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Identify, evaluate, and accredit reliable suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Prepare and process Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).
• Conduct price comparisons, cost analysis, and negotiation to achieve best value.
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely supply of materials to project sites.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, Production, and Logistics teams for material requirements and inventory levels.
• Ensure procured items meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and documentation for audit and compliance.
• Handle supplier performance evaluations and resolve delivery or quality issues.
• Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and availability of construction materials.

• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in General Construction
