Job summary

Based at the Opus Solar Project by Vena Energy in Paoay, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, the role requires strong attention to detail, data entry, and problem solving to fix shipping or invoice issues and keep purchasing files up

Responsibilities

• Procurement Planning: Review inventory levels, forecast needs with department heads, and ensure timely reordering.
• Vendor Research: Find and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, delivery speed, and reliability.
• Negotiation: Discuss prices, bulk discounts, delivery timelines, and payment terms with vendors.
• Order Processing: Create purchase orders, enter data into internal databases, and track shipments.
• Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date files on purchases, contracts, pricing, and invoices.
• Problem Solving: Fix shipping errors, invoice mistakes, or delivery delays with suppliers
