Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders for all casing requirements.
• Evaluate and compare supplier quotations for cost-effective options.
• Ensure casings meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
• Coordinate with delivery and warehouse teams for timely receipt of goods.
• Handle claims related to casing suppliers and issues.
• Process MPRs for casing types as requested by departments.

About the role

Responsible for the procurement of all casing materials required for production. This role involves sourcing and evaluating suppliers, preparing and issuing purchase orders, and negotiating pricing and terms to ensure cost-effective purchasing. The position ensures that all casings meet quality standards and are delivered on time through close coordination with suppliers, logistics, and warehouse teams. It also handles supplier accreditation, maintains accurate purchasing records, and resolves any supplier or product-related issues to support uninterrupted production operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders for all casing requirements
