Purchasing Specialist Below The Line

Key Responsibilities

• Source and accredit suppliers for BTL (events, booth fabrication, displays, giveaways, printing etc.)
• Generate Purchase Orders (PO)
• Conduct supplier negotiation to achieve best price, quality, and lead time
• Compare quotations and prepare cost analysis
• Coordinate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Warehouse teams for project requirements
• Monitor delivery schedules to ensure on‑time completion of BTL projects
• Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delays, or discrepancies
• Maintain updated supplier database and pricing records
• Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field
• At least 23 years experience in purchasing, preferably in advertising, events, or BTL industry
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Knowledge in fabrication materials, printing, and promotional items is an advantage
• Detail‑oriented and highly organized
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Proficient in MS Excel and purchasing systems (SAP)
