Job summary

Flash Creative Media Works in the Philippines is seeking a Purchasing Officer to handle end-to-end procurement activities, including researching vendors, evaluating offers, negotiating terms, creating purchase orders, and tracking orders for timely delivery.

The role also covers reviewing product quality, maintaining records, monitoring stock levels, coordinating with warehouse staff, and generating cost analyses and regular procurement reports.

Responsibilities

• Research potential vendors
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
• Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
• Creation of Purchase Order
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Review quality of purchased products
• Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
• Monitoring the pull in and pull out both internal/external (storage & office)
• Monthly inventory in the storage.
• Perform all other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.
