Job summary

TransProcure Corporation is seeking an experienced purchasing leader to oversee purchasing assistants and ensure procurement meets project needs efficiently and cost-effectively.

The role requires a Civil Engineering license, 5+ years in purchasing-related roles, and strong negotiation and communication skills in English and Filipino. You will coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, maintaining high standards under pressure.

Qualifications

• BS Civil Engineering degree with professional license required.
• Minimum 3 years in management roles within purchasing or procurement.
• At least 5 years of experience in purchasing, project and site activities.
• Strong negotiation capabilities with suppliers and contractors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Filipino.
• Able to communicate with diverse contacts and clients.
• Flexible and able to work under pressure.
• Proven team player with self-driven attitude.

• Oversee and take charge of all purchasing assistants activities, responsible for meeting overall purchasing needs for products, equipment and services including acquisition and administration at optimum balance of cost, quality and supplier service for the company’s projects and operating needs within established corporate guidelines.
• Graduate of BS Civil Engineering – Licensed
• Must have at least 3 years management experience
• Must have extensive knowledge of purchasing activities, project and site activities with minimum 5 years experience.
• Must be proficient in handling negotiations
• Must possess good interpersonal skills to communicate with a wide variety of contacts and clients
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Excellent written and oral communication skills (English & Filipino)
