AP Cargo in Pasay (Metro Manila) is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Associate to support purchasing operations and inventory management, ensuring accurate records and timely availability of supplies and materials.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Assist in processing purchase requests and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding quotations, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor order status and follow up on deliveries.
• Count, check, and monitor inventory for stock accuracy.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock information.
• Assist in monitoring stock levels and identifying discrepancies.
• Maintain organized purchasing and inventory documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet purchasing and inventory requirements.
