Polarr Azanje Construction Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to support project sites in the Philippines. You will source suppliers, evaluate quotations, and prepare purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials and compliance with budget.

• Source and evaluate suppliers, contractors, and vendors
• Request and compare quotations for competitive pricing and quality
• Prepare Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, and other procurement documents
• Coordinate with suppliers on prices, availability, delivery schedules, and payment terms
• Monitor status of ordered materials for timely delivery to project sites
• Coordinate with warehouse, accounting, and site operations on material needs

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of BS in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or any related course.
• Experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the construction industry, is an advantage.
• Knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and supplies is a plus.
• Good negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to work under pressure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
