Job summary

Hizon's F&B Solutions is seeking a fresh graduate for an on-site, full-time procurement support role in Taguig. You will assist in sourcing and purchasing, prepare POs, coordinate with suppliers, and help maintain stock and supplier records. The position offers exposure to cost analyses and procurement reporting while learning company policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and purchasing of food supplies, ingredients, and kitchen materials for canteen operations.
• Procure office supplies, equipment, and other non-canteen requirements.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain good relationships with accredited suppliers and vendors.
• Request quotations and compare prices to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Follow up on pending orders and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with warehouse/kitchen team for stock replenishment.
• Maintain organized records of purchases, invoices, and supplier contracts.
• Assist in preparing procurement reports and cost analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Ensure all purchased items meet company quality standards.
• Help identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Provide administrative support to the procurement team.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor
