Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations.

Prepare and process purchase orders and other documents.

Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.

Maintain updated records of purchases, pricing, and suppliers.

Coordinate with internal departments regarding material requirements.

Assist in monitoring inventory levels and restocking needs.
