Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies Administration/Management or equivalent.
Preferably 1 -4 years of experience employee specializing in purchasing/ canvasser material management.
Excellent communication skills in terms of dealing with suppliers.
Organized, resourceful, flexible, can work with minimum supervision.

Canvass of BOM for bidding and for costing
Assist sales in preparing for bidding from costing to closing of bid docs.
Coordinate with technical (TOR TEAM) with the compliance of offered equipment.
Canvassing of purchase requests.
Short listing of credible and accredited suppliers.
Negotiate/haggle of prices with accredited suppliers.
Negotiate for better terms.
Improve/add to suppliers’ database
Report/coordinate with the senior purchasing officer/manager regarding purchasing matters
Assist Purchaser in follow ups of delivery of goods based on order from suppliers
Encoding files and documents as may be assigned
Preparation of documents and reports as may be assigned
Assist the accounting department as may be deemed necessary by the accounting manager
