Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, midwifery, public health or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in government health sector with networks to national/regional/local agencies and NGOs.
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of government procurement processes/regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills with diverse groups.
• Proficient in IT with ability to use computers/tablets widely.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and well-organized with multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Strategic mapping and engagement of relevant officials.
• Serve as the primary contact for ATM products.
• Facilitate internal coordination for trainings.
• Oversee the complete bid process for government procurement; prepare hospital formulary requirements; monitor bid bulletins, RFPs, RFQs; collaborate with operations, logistics and finance; coordinate with tender focal person; participate in procuring-entity meetings; track status and inventory of bids.
• Provide sales forecasts and activity reports.
• Handle in-person submission of procurement requirements.
• Keep updated on procurement rules and regulations.
• Work with market access and government affairs teams.
• Nominate sub distributor for government procurement.
• Prepare monthly workplan and present accomplishments.
