Zusammenfassung

The VITO Group is seeking a government health procurement specialist to map and engage officials for ATM products, with national coverage and travel beyond NCR.

The role is onsite and field-based, coordinating with operations, logistics and finance to oversee bid processes, prepare hospital formulary requirements, monitor RFPs/RFQs, and keep procurement rules up to date. Strong networks with agencies and NGOs are important.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field; advanced qualifications desirable.
• Minimum 3 years in government health sector with networks to national/regional/local agencies and NGOs.
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
• Knowledge of government procurement processes/regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills; able to collaborate across diverse groups.
• Proficient in IT; able to use computers/tablets effectively.

• Handle in person submission of procurement requirements.
• Keep updated about procurement rules and regulations.
• Work with market access and government affairs teams.
• Nominate sub distributor for government procurement.
• Prepare monthly workplan and present accomplishments.

Territory:

National coverage (targeting 2-3 regions/month). Travels outside NCR/SL/NL.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Midwifery, Public Health, or a related field; advanced qualifications are highly desirable.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in the government health sector, including strong network with national, regional, or local agencies, as well as local and/or international NGOs and supranational organizations.

Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a significant advantage.

In-depth knowledge of government procurement processes and regulations.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse groups.

Proficient in IT, with the ability to efficiently utilize computers, tablets, and relevant technologies.

• Self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
