Qualifications

• Background related to procurement or supply chain management.
• Knowledge in government procurement will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Workday experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Execute procurement and contract management frameworks and templates.
• Collaborate with CDA Divisions to understand requirements and develop procurement strategies.
• Conduct market research and engage suppliers to assess landscape.
• Carry out sourcing, tendering, evaluation, and contract management per policies.
• Guide divisions through contract management processes.
• Innovate and add value to the procurement workflow.
