Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of enforcement-related fieldwork experience.
• CACEO Basic and Advanced Certifications required or obtained within 6 months.
• Colorado Driver’s License with good driving history.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and enforce city codes and ordinances related to zoning, housing, building, and planning.
• Conduct inspections of properties to ensure compliance with housing standards.
• Prepare records and reports for abatements, court actions, and inspections.
• Testify in municipal court and coordinate with homeowners and businesses.
